Evidence limitations

AI answers are stochastic and platforms change. A report describes only its declared prompts, answer surfaces, locale, dates, completion, entity rules, and review scope. It is not market share, product testing, professional advice, or proof of quality, safety, availability, ranking, traffic, conversion, or revenue.

BotPicked does not promise placement or optimization outcomes. Payment cannot change recorded source answers or reported findings. Buyers may approve the panel scope before collection; that participation is disclosed in the report.

Third parties and intellectual property

Brand, product, platform, regulator, and provider names belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and research commentary and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. External links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Do not submit material you lack authority to share. Confidentiality, ownership of client prompts and deliverables, permitted benchmark reuse, retention, deletion, publication permission, cancellation, and refunds are addressed in the separate written pilot scope.

Corrections and contact

Reasonable correction requests are reviewed against retained evidence. BotPicked may update or withdraw website material when scope, evidence, platform behavior, or law changes.
