Website visits

BotPicked does not use analytics, advertising trackers, advertising cookies, user accounts, or a server-side lead form. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps—and may set essential security or bot-management cookies—for delivery, security, and reliability under its own terms.

Fit-check email

The fit-check fields remain in your browser until you press the button. The button opens a prefilled draft in your own email application. The website does not receive those values. Nothing reaches BotPicked unless you review and send the email.

If you send it, BotPicked receives the information in your message—normally your sender details, brand/domain, SKU, category/market, and business decision. We use it to assess eligibility, respond, prepare a scope, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. Do not include sensitive personal information, confidential product plans, credentials, or regulated data in the initial message.

Your email provider and BotPicked's email provider process the message under their terms and may process data outside Australia. If a paid pilot is proposed, any third-party AI processing, retention, confidentiality, and deletion terms will be disclosed in the written scope before collection begins.

Retention, access, and deletion

Fit-check correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to assess and respond to the request, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@botpicked.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to you and may retain information where legally required.
